A New Kind Of Sorority.

What do you get when you combine 3 thirty something mummies, a 20 year old auntie, 3 two year old boys, and 2 four month old girls? Well, we are about to find out. Yep, we are going on a mini vacation. An adult sleepover of sorts. We are heading to the Cape!

One of my very best mummy friends invited us, and our other besties down to her cape house for the next few days. The sun is shining, the humidity is rising, and trust me, no one should have skin this white in the middle of July, so of course we happily accepted. Two days of sun and fun with the LM's and my best friends. What could be better?

I've been warned that there wouldn't be any Internet access, and therefore my trusty MacBook will stay in the concrete jungle, but I promise to bring you the highlights of our trip after we get back on Saturday. I just picked up some mini cheesecakes, and a few bottles of champagne so this trip is definitely starting off on the right foot! Once the little man wakes up we will be hitting the road and should be there just in time for sunset.

In the old days they threw their bras up in the trees. Nowadays I think those bras would likely be nursing ones, and I have a feeling they will be staying inside the house. There will be no dancing on the tables (unless the little man finds his way up there) but I can guarantee you that us girls still know how to have fun!

Cape Cod or bust!

Have fun! You'll have to post lots of photos. Where on the Cape did you go? I'm from Orleans and try to go home every weekend in the summer to enjoy the beach. It's sooo relaxing and wonderful there.

We went to Osterville. Oh, I am so jealous! I would LOVE to go down there every weekend. Maybe next summer I will have to get a rental. It is so close and way to good to pass up!
